DPM Consulting Services, Inc. and its affiliates ("DPMCS") recognize the importance of your right to privacy while on the Internet, and we are committed to maintaining your right to confidentiality.
The Information We Collect
You may visit our web site without disclosing any personal information.
Cookies:
Upon logging onto our web server, we may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer.  The cookie itself does not contain personal information, although it will enable us to relate your use of this site.  Our web site dpmcs.com, in conjunction with our website host developmentz.com, may use cookies to track aggregate usage statistics.  See developmentz.com Privacy Statement for further information regarding their usage of cookies.
In general, you can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser.  If you have set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie.  You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site.

 
Resume Submittals
Employment Opportunities:
Candidates who have reviewed job postings on our web site, or through various job search engines with links to our site, may wish to submit a copy of their resume for potential job opportunities.  These resumes are normally sent through to our jobs@dpmcs.com email address, which is available as a link on our web site.
Employee Referrals:
DPMCS' employees who wish to refer potential candidates for open positions may submit information about their referral and/or a copy of the referred candidates' resume.  These referrals are normally sent through to our recruiting department.
All resumes received by DPMCS will be held in confidence.  The information contained in, or in addition to, these submitted resumes will be used solely for the purposes of consideration for potential employment opportunities, or such other purpose as requested by the candidate.  DPMCS does not distribute personal information to third parties outside the scope of potential employment opportunities, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process.  All available positions require specific job skill sets and are subject to prevailing federal and state employment and immigration laws.
Candidates are welcome to re-submit their resumes whenever their skills, experience, or contact information has changed.
The personal information collected or submitted via a resume are the candidate's name, address, email address, and phone number(s), as well as education and
employment history.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  We do not share these email addresses with outside parties, unless advised to do so by the candidate.

 
Employee Information
DPMCS' employees will be provided a user id and password to utilize the "Employee Information" section of the DPMCS' web site.  Employees can download copies of blank DPMCS forms (timesheet, expense report, direct deposit form, for example) within this section of our web site.  Employees may also review information regarding the prevailing HIPAA policy, payroll schedule, DPM Handbook, available vendor discounts, and information regarding health care and life and disability benefit options.  Authorized employee users will also have access to links to DPMCS' health care and life and disability carrier's web sites.  When opting to use these Third Party Carrier links, the appropriate privacy policies posted on each of these linked sites will govern employee use of these sites.
Use of the timesheets@dpmcs.com link through our site is limited to submittal of current period DPMCS or client-specific electronic timesheets.
Use of the humanresources@dpmcs.com link require only appropriate employee contact information.  Any other personally identifiable information will be gathered outside the scope of the DPMCS web site.

 
Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we may collect via our web site.

 
Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.  For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

 
Opt-Out Policy
We will never use or share any personally identifiable information provided to us online, unrelated to the ones described above, without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
